Doctor Andrew Michaels has to perform a Brain Scrape Lobotomy on Superhero « Sister Sage » to clear her mind. She does this medical procedure to reset her brain, clear out stressful memories, and allow her to mentally relax. She agreed to let the Doctor do this under supervision to test the limits of the procedure, and to make sure it was still safe for her to do it. She may not be getting the results she asked for?
Jessica Bradley, better known as Sister Sage, is the secondary antagonist in Season Four of the Amazon series The Boys. She is a Supe from Detroit, Michigan who is known for being the smartest person on the planet. She was recruited by Homelander to join The Seven. The Superhero « The Deep » helped Sage do a Brain Scrape in Season 4, Ep 4 of « The Boys » TV show. This is a scientific recreation of the medical procedure.
The character of Sister Sage is played by the actress Susan Heyward.
